The Frontline Experience
The last two years have presented numerous unprecedented challenges to every member of our community. Many long-seated issues our community faces have been propelled to the forefront - sparking discussion, debate, dialogue as well as a need for collaboration and collective action.
From long, arduous shifts to increased safety concerns to deteriorating community trust, Indy's first responders are exhausted and struggling to maintain hope.IPSF was established to provide much needed resources and support to Indy's police officers, firefighters, EMTs. paramedics and more.We continue to live out our mission each day by leveraging community and individual support to meet those needs.
From 2021 to 2022, IPSF has grown significantly in size and scope, increasing our leadership role in addressing key issues our community faces such as gun violence, domestic violence, conflict resolution and youth development and mentorship. In partnership with the City of Indianapolis, IPSF is helping to bring data-driven, community-centric initiatives that help Indy's first responders and enhance public safety.
On Saturday, October 15, join us along the famed home stretch of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. From 4 to 9 pm, IPSF will provide opportunities for guests to engage directly with first responders as well as the apparatus, tools and equipment they used to keep us safe and healthy over the past two years.
